The list of RIA students performing in 2017’s Victorian State Schools Spectacular continues to grow by the week, with Rowville Secondary College leading the way state-wide for another year.

VSSS showcases the best performing arts students across the state each year, offering them the opportunity to work with internationally-renowned industry professionals.

Tatiana Danyluk (pictured right), Brooke MacRae, Skye Ladell, Shariz Roca, Holly Parker and Verity Runje have been named as principal dancers, along with Tara Bell of year 9, a new student to RIA this year.

Astoundingly, there are a total of seven principal dancers from RIA in 2017, a monumental feat considering there were only 14 in total state-wide, last year.

Meanwhile Taylah Neal (pictured below) and Emily MacRae will perform as ensemble dancers.

Tim Mason returns for another year as magician, where he spellbound a sell-out Hisense Arena crowd last September and performed live on national television on Seven’s The Morning Show.

Daniel Tohill continues to defy the laws of physics, performing as a circus artist, following on from a stellar performance in 2016’s show.

On the music scene, the backing vocalists include Thomas Myszka and Matilda Weaver, while Ashley Lucey-Jannert will perform as an ensemble vocalist.
