1. Question – My child did not get allocated the subject elective’s he/she wanted, who do I speak to about this?

Answer – Please contact your child’s Learning Mentor directly through Compass via email.

2. Question – Where do I get my RSA Uniform from?

Answer – You can order this through the Ontrack Sportswear – you can find this link on our website.

3. Question – Where do I get my RSA shoes from?

Answer – Peak Shoes will be at the RSA Stadium (Court 1) on Wednesday, 23rd January 2019 from 10.00am – 5.00pm to fit out students and purchases can be made directly with Peak.  You can also order the RSA shoes through ‘Peak Shoes’ – you can find this link on our website.

You will need to order and pay for the shoes and then bring the receipt to the Sports Precinct office and see our RSA Administrator who will fit your child for the shoes. This can be done at Recess Times only (10.50am – 11.14am).

4. Question – Where do I find the 2019 Bus Timetable?

Answer – This on our website and can be found under School Info > About our school > Bus Timetable.

5. Question – Where do I get my school blazer?

Answer – The school blazer is compulsory for all Year 7, Year 8 & Year 9 students and optional for Year 10 to year 12 students (Excluding RSA students). You can visit the Western Campus on Wednesday 30th January between 10.00am -2.00pm for a fitting. Payments can be made on the day or via Compass.

6. Question – Do I need to buy a PE (sports) uniform?

Answer – All Year 7 and Year 8 students (excluding RSA) must purchase a sports uniform. Year 9 to year 12 students with a PE elective also require a sports uniform. Visit our uniform page for more information.

7. Question – How do students access their online textbooks?

Answer – All Year 7 to Year 9 students will need to purchase the online textbook package through Jacaranda. Once this has been paid, the teachers & students together in class will unpack it all on the first day back. Please note you must pay for these books or access to the online textbooks will stop after the first month.

Year 10 to Year 12 students must follow the instructions and purchase their books through Campion. The school code is NRCA.  Click here to purchase books.

8. Question – I don’t know my logins to compass, who do I ask?

Answer – Students please ask your Learning Mentor. Parents please phone the school 9755 4555 and ask to speak to Leanne (West) and Tracy (East).

9. Question – How do I customise my payment plan to pay my school fees?

Answer – You need to contact the school office direct to do this.

10. Question – When do music lessons start?
